Entry From the street, this home looked plain. Wanting to enjoy the front of their home, the owner worked with us to create new functionality with a front screened porch and beauty with an ornamental metal gable and side cornices gracing the roof and entrance. The beauty of the outdoors now becomes a part of the inner living spaces through these improvements. |

This 1970's home had a kitchen shut off from most of the first floor. With ideas from the owner, Patricia, Cardea's founder, and Nancy, our kitchen designer, we developed an open kitchen plan uniting the kitchen, living room and dining room. This allows the family to remain connected as they entertain, prepare meals or move throughout the first floor. | |
