This beautiful Historic Ypsilanti home proudly shows our exterior renovations that include historically correct repairs and restoration right through the paint stage.

This house had original stucco board that was crumbling. We took it all off and replaced it with Hardy Board, a cement product. Underneath the Hardy Board, we put extra insulation. We then had to replace all the horizontal and vertical boards. We also replaced all the windows with new Pella windows. The windows, siding and insulation all add to the energy efficiency of this home now. Cardea Construction is an approved installer of Pella Window.
